Beginning Tumbling

1 hour x 1 day per week

Beginning tumbling skills include handstands, cartwheels, and back bends. Whether you’re tumbling for fun or trying out for cheer, basic progressions for new tumblers will improve balance and coordination.

Intermediate & Advanced Tumbling

1 hour x 1 day per week

Gymnasts are invited into intermediate and advanced tumbling classes after an evaluation or rec testing. They will continue developing strength, flexibility, and more challenging tumbling skills.
